Scope of work

Design, engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning for the reinforcement of the following substations:

A.  Arafat 110/33/13.8KV Substation

  • Installation of two (2) 110KV outdoor transformer feeders consisting of live tank circuit breakers, CTs, Surge Arrestors, Structural Supports, Buses, O/H Conductors, etc.
  • Installation of 33KV Switchgear metal clad.
  • Addition of protection panel and modifications to incorporate the new control feeders in the system.
  • Installation of battery and battery chargers.
  • Construction of new switchgear & control bldg. including basement.

B.  Azizia 380/110/13.8KV GIS Substation

  • Addition of two (2) 110KV switchgear (GIS) feeders.
  • Addition of protection panels for the 110KV feeders.
  • Modification of control & mimic panels for 380KV & 110KV system

C.  Sour Mansour 110/13.8KV GIS Substation

  • Addition of two (2) 110KV switchgear feeders.
  • Addition of protection panels for the 110KV feeders.
  • Modification of control and mimic panels for 110KV system.

D.  Iskan Al Alam 110/13.8KV GIS Substation

  • Installation of one (1) switchgear (GIS) feeder.
  • Installation of one (1) 31.5/ 40MVA power transformer.
  • Installation of sixteen (16) 13.8KV switchgear feeders.
  • Protection panel & control and mimic modifications.
